    I am looking for some information on culinary foodways of Sierra LEONE. I am trying to write a paper on my culinary heritage of Sierra Leone, but I left home some twenty years ago, and can’t remember. Any websites or infomation to help me.Thanks Dee

    Thank you for your comment, Dora. It is certainly difficult to fine information regarding cooking and food in Sierra Leone. We do have a few suggestions and will be in touch soon to share them.
